What is the price to have a custom gown made?

The price for a custom bridal gown begins at $1100. It will vary depending on the gown. Price is based on design, choice of fabric, laces and labor. Terry will meet with you by appointment and discuss all of the possibilities and options. An estimate will be given within 24 hours after the initial consultation.

How long does it take to have a custom gown made?
|
|
|
Ideally the process should begin three or four months prior to the wedding date. This allows plenty of time for design, changes and obtaining specialty fabrics. If you are having formal bridal pictures taken, many photographers like to have 4-6 weeks before the actual wedding to complete your photos.

How many fittings are required?
|
|
|
Most gowns require four fittings. One is a measurement appointment. The next one is a muslin fitting, which insures proper fit and design are met before the gown is made up in the actual fabrics. The last two are for perfecting the fit and finishing details. Each fitting generally lasts about 30-45 minutes.
